Dreux Isaac



Dreux Isaac is the president, founder, and owner of Dreux Isaac & Associates, Inc., a company started in 1989 that specializes in the areas of capital reserve planning and insurance value appraising.  Dreux has over twenty-five years of experience in the construction industry as a draftsman, architect, estimator and value appraiser.


In addition to performing thousands of reserve studies and insurance appraisals, over the past sixteen years Dreux has been a speaker at numerous seminars, continuing education courses, and various organization meetings involved in the resort and community association industry, as well as a guest on local TV shows in Sarasota and Ft. Myers, Florida.  He has also served as president of his homeowners association and is acutely aware of the many issues facing boards and managers today.

Dreux has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Louisiana State University (LSU) and has been a member of the American Association of Cost Engineers (AACE), the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), Jaycees International, the Foundation for Architectural Education at Louisiana State University, and the Community Association Institute (CAI).


Dreux is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana but moved to Orlando, Florida in 1986.







Donna Isaac

Office Manager


Donna has been with Dreux Isaac & Associates, Inc. since 1995.  She is responsible for the day to day operations of the office as well as handling all proposals and bookkeeping responsibilities.


Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Donna moved to Florida  in 1986 where she obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida (UCF).


She and Dreux have been married since 1995 and have two boys.

DJ Muehlstedt

Staff Engineer


Dennis James "DJ" Muehlstedt was hired as a staff engineer and now performs reserve studies and insurance appraisals for various timeshares, condominiums, homeowner associations throughout Florida.

DJ was born in Texas and grew up in Iowa were he attended school.  He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa in 2002.  During college he became a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.  Upon graduation he moved to Denver, Colorado and worked as an Engineer doing residential and commercial inspections.  During his time there he helped create and also served on the company's first ever safety committee.  In 2003 he moved to Florida and continued working as an Engineer on various projects including residential inspections.

Tiffany German

Administrative Assistant


Tiffany German was hired by Dreux Isaac & Associates, Inc. in 2005 to handle the administrative responsibilities of the office as well as  the many special projects that come up.  Her past experience in the document management industry has helped facilitate the process of converting to a "paperless office".  She has also used her graphic design experience to design the graphics and layout of this website.


Tiffany is originally from Alaska.  She moved to Orlando, Florida in the summer of 2003 to continue her college education.  She is a member of Phi Theta Kappa, a honors society, President's List for honors, and the American Dean's List for college students for the last two years.

Rock Ciccarone

Software Developer


Rock has been a small-business software consultant and developer for over six years.   He began his career working for the Department of Defense but left to pursue his interests in developing software for small businesses around the Central Florida area.

Since 2004 Rock has worked with several retail stores, homebuilders, magazine publishers, & property appraisal firms. He is currently working exclusively for Dreux Isaac & Associates, Inc. and is developing a multi-faceted state-of-the-art computer application to advance the process of performing reserve studies and insurance appraisal.
